All subscription fees are payable in advance in U.S. Dollars. As a subscriber to the TheListingWidget.com's Listing Syndication Program, you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card for your applicable subscription fee and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the TheListingWidget.com's Online Services. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal anniversary thereafter unless and until you terminate your subscription as provided herein. Your payment obligation begins with the commencement of your subscription, regardless of when you access the TheListingWidget.com's Listing Syndication Program.
CANCELLATION OF LISTING SYNDICATION SUBSCRIPTION
Listing Syndication subscriptions may be terminated by utilizing the "Cancel" button in your account. Listing Syndication fees are non-refundable and are not prorated.
INDEMNIFICATION
Upon a request by TheListingWidget.com, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TheListingWidget.com and its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site.
