What is the matter with you people?
All I get is compliment after compliment. Everybody thinks I'm some kind of expert now. I get 3 or 4 calls a day from complete strangers who want me to do something for them. How am I suppose to make it to the bank with all these interruptions!
This is all your fault! I mean really, how many professional tools can one person master. Geez, now I have appointments in the morning and have no time to watch reruns. I may have to put in a pool just to relax occasionally.
Remember this is all your fault, thanks alot.

As a long time internet based marketer, I was originally skeptical of the "Listing Widget" system, thinking it was yet ANOTHER company trying to squeeze money out of agents for "marketing systems". Boy was I wrong!
I showed a potential client a sample 7 Day Site and used the great marketing materials as part of my presentation, and I got the listing!
Better yet, I used the email flyer distribution system and received 4 phone calls and 2 showings from agents that would have never heard about this property via normal channels! Within 2 days I had 4 phone calls and 2 showings - now I'm just waiting for one to make an offer!
I can say BY FAR that the Listing Widget system is probably one of the best, cheapest and easiest ways to capture new listing clients and market their property successfully!

I was meeting with a client at 6:00PM. He was feeling like I wasn't doing my job even after bringing 3 great offers. An hour before my meeting I thought what the heck I will send out an email flyer. By the time I got to his house a Realtor friend of his from out of the area had called him to let him know he had seen the flyer. Later in the week an agent in LA called about my listing, after having had the flyer forwarded to him by an agent in SF. I have used ListingWidget several times and have been impressed by the response. This week I targeted upper end markets in NY and LA all with the simple click of a mouse.

Easy to get through and the greatest technical support assistance that I've ever encountered. I spoke directly to one of the creators of the site and he was able to walk me through an area that I was having trouble with even though he was not in front of a computer. I am positive that my first listing webstie was the cause of my listing selling within a month of going online due to the unlimited amount of photos possible.
I was somewhat doubtful that this particular listing would sell any time soon due to it's extremely remote location. After all, who
would want to take the chance of traveling so far to see a listing if there was a remote chance that it was something that they wouldn't like?
Well,..with the Listing Widget website I created, I put so many photos on the slide show, that there was no mystery involved
for any potential buyer. When the buyer's agent called me to ask me if there were any more photos than what was on the local multiple listing site, I jumped at the chance to give her the address specific web site adddress for my listing. It worked. That same buyer
